Returns and Service Adjustments
In case your expectations were not met we would like to invite you back for (1) one complimentary service adjustment.
If your retail purchase has not worked for you, Please feel free to
return the product within 7 days.
We ask that you silence and remove all electronic devices from the view of our clients, especially during clients services.
Please respect our Celebrity clientele, when they are present in the Salon, please conduct yourself in a professional manner, remember they are receiving services as well.
We are asking that you Respect our High End Clients privacy. No pictures please without the consent of the client.
In case of emergency Please step outside the Salon for use.
We Accept ALL major Credit Cards and Cash ONLY.
NO CHECKS will be accepted unless 3 weeks prior to Custom event services.
All Arrivals and Cancellations
Please arrive 15 mins of your reservation, so that you may relax and enjoy a cold /hot beverage, and browse potential new looks for yourself.
If you are 15 mins late of your reservation and you have not contacted the salon, you MAY be asked to reschedule or modify
We ask that you call within (4) Hours of your reservation and you may reschedule with no extra/ HOLD FEE. (Speaking directly with Stylist).
If you fail to call and or NO SHOW, 20% of your reservation will be billed to you card, that held your reservation.
Walk-in are always welcomed (there might be a slight delay)
Children Family and Friends
Our space is limited so please be so kind to have your friends, family and children meet you after services, unless they are receiving services as well.
We accept Children from the age of 5 years old.
Any child not adhering to the Salon staff during services will be asked to Pay and Leave.
Custom Services of a Party of 3 or more Will be AUTOMATICALLY billed for 15%
